Just because warmer days are coming (and going and coming again) does not mean we have to give up on red wine. Admittedly, a fresh white wine pairs well with a light fish and crispy salad. But let’s not forget a velvety cherry-packed Malbec: a Malbec goes wonderfully well with meats cooked on the grill.
