Colour: Bright purple-red.Nose: Spicy and savoury aromas give way to reveal dark berry, ‘summer pudding’ fruits. Notes of stewed beetroot and liquorice, with a whiff of oak.
Palate: Fruit driven yet well structured, with approachable tannins and subtle oak underlay. Hallmark mid-palate richness and a lovely mouthfeel. Satsuma plum flavours laced with four-spice and black pepper.
